Susan’s French translation service is excellent. But she has done much so more than this. For some nine months I had been trying unsuccessfully to resolve issues with my French pension. I was getting nowhere with various information requests and documentation, and it felt as though I had run out of options. Susan first put in the time to understand the detail of the issues and then explained the requests to me. She suggested and helped me select the best response, joined my phone calls with the pension officers, and drafted email replies for me. At the start, I was far from sure that I would get any success from our efforts. But her support gave me the encouragement and motivation to persevere. All issues are now resolved and pension payments have commenced as expected. Thank you Susan… you’ve been a great assistance!!

Susan helped me to register my campervan here in France. As I have an almost pathological fear of bureaucracy, this was an incredibly daunting task for me.
